Reservation Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The charge card is necessary for any additional hotel specific service charges or incidental fees or fees that could be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These charges may be compulsory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, telephone calls or minibar charges) and aren’t included in the room rate.

Hotel Pre-authorize Policy

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Children Policy

Children under 12 stay free when occupying the same room with adult family member using existing beds. Please make sure to reserve a room with enough beds to accommodate each guest (adults and children). 

Pre Pay Policy

Your charge card will be used to guarantee the reservation. The hotel will bill you directly for room and tax. No deposit will be billed. The hotel reserves the right to authorize your credit card. If you don’t check-in to the hotel to the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the hotel beforehand, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and may cost you a penalty.

Hotel Pets Coverage

Pets are not allowed with the exception of authorized service animals.

Hotel Parking Coverage

Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed).
